Check that your device is signed into iCloud in Settings, has an internet connection and available iCloud storage. In REVYN, open Profile and tap Refresh iCloud. “Up to date” means the app has finished its current sync. Apple sign-in inside REVYN and iCloud in device Settings are separate.

Open Profile → Review Changes. Compare the saved device and iCloud versions before choosing which to keep. This can happen when the same vehicle is edited on devices while offline.

Record two full fills with increasing odometer readings. REVYN includes partial fills between those full fills when calculating L/100 km. Tank capacity alone does not establish fuel consumption. Fuel economy is not estimated from engine hours.

Set a future due date in the vehicle’s schedule, choose its lead days and alert time, then enable Service & registration alerts in Profile. Allow notifications in iOS Settings. Reading-based due status updates when you update the reading; it does not schedule a date notification on its own.

Imported receipts and downloaded files stay cached on that device. A receipt first synced from another device needs a connection when opened for the first time. Import a readable PDF, image or UTF-8 text file up to 20 MB.

Swipe left on the document and choose Delete. You can restore it from Recently deleted. Delete Permanently removes its file and identifying details after sync and cannot be undone. Exported copies remain at the destination you shared them to.

No. Signing out clears REVYN’s saved Apple identity on that device. The local garage remains, and iCloud still uses the account in device Settings. Archiving a vehicle also retains its history.

Export Vehicle History creates a JSON file containing vehicle details and history records. Original vehicle photos and receipt files are not embedded. Share original receipts separately from their preview.
